We know that what matters to you is great products combined with amazing customer service.

Orders
After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided while placing the order. Please check your junk/spam folder in case our communication was filtered.
The Order Confirmation email you receive does not confirm your order is being fulfilled and shipped.
Once your order is fulfilled and on its way, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email to confirm. If we cannot fulfill your order, a customer service representative will contact you.
To cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately after the order has been placed. We will do our best to accommodate your request depending on volume.
Shipping Policy
We know you're excited to try your new MIXIK Skin products!
We have a 3-4 business day processing time that begins once the order is placed. All orders are shipped from our facility in Los Angeles.
We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on a business day will be fulfilled the next business day because we need at least 1 day to process your order.
Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will be emailed a tracking link. You can also find the tracking info on your account. If you did not receive a tracking link or believe the wrong email address was entered at checkout, please email hello@mixikskin.com.
If you haven’t received a tracking email:
Please email hello@mixikskin.com with your order number and new address as soon as possible! Although our fulfillment team processes orders quickly, we will try our best to process your request!
If you have received a tracking email, your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to the address entered at checkout. You can try contacting the shipping carrier directly.
- FREE Standard Shipping on all orders $40.00 and up (4~5 business days).
- Standard Shipping: $5.00 (orders under $50; 4~5 business days)
- Expedited Shipping: $8.00 (3~4 business days)
- 2 Day Shipping: $25.00 (2 business days)
We currently do not offer international shipping. We are only able to ship domestically within the United States and APO.
Return & Refund
A return or an exchange is accepted within 14 days of purchase receipt, and refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We cannot exchange, or refund any partially used products or products with broken seals.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you want to return or exchange your order, please send your inquiry to hello@mixikskin.com.
Please include details including: order number, item name, reason for a return or an exchange, and photo(s) as proof of damage or defect.
After you submit your request, please allow 2-4 business days for customer service to get back to you.
Once the request is confirmed by us, please return your original order to the provided address.
Upon receipt of the order, we will inspect and confirm if it is eligible for a refund or exchange.
If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.
For refund, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
For exchange, we will ship the same item(s) to your address and send you a new tracking number.
The cost of the return shipping label is to be deducted from the total refund amount.
We will not charge you shipping cost for a return or an exchange if it’s for a valid reason (wrong product sent, damaged, defective); otherwise, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
MIXIK SKIN reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition. Refused return items will be sent back to you at your expense.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that the refund is calculated based on the merchandise value only (shipping fees are not credited).
Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing your return.
