• FREE Standard Shipping on all orders $19+ (5-7 business days).
• Standard Shipping: $5.00 (orders under $19; 5-7 business days)

When will my order ship?
We know you're excited to try your new MIXIK Skin products! We have a 3-4 business day processing time that begins once the order is placed. All orders are shipped from our facility in Los Angeles.

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on a business day will be fulfilled the next business day because we need at least 1 day to process your order.

Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).

Where is my tracking number?
As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will be emailed a tracking link. You can also find the tracking info on your account. If you did not receive a tracking link or believe the wrong email address was entered at checkout, please email hello@mixikskin.com.

How can I change my shipping address?
If you haven’t received a tracking email:
Please email hello@mixikskin.com with your order number and new address as soon as possible! Although our fulfillment team processes orders quickly, we will try our best to process your request.

If you have received a tracking email, your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to the address entered at checkout. You can try contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Shipping Territory
We currently do not offer international shipping. We are only able to ship domestically within the United States.
